Germaine is the Founder and Managing Director at Futuretheory. His passion for technology and communication led him to found Futuretheory in 2008. Following time at a number of other businesses including in education, and business advisory, the growth of Futuretheory has meant that today it is more than a full-time job – it’s a core part of who he is.
You’ll usually find Germaine busy meeting new clients, leading the team or getting hands-on with a new project. His continued passion for driving growth and leading an experienced team towards great outcomes is why we have so many repeat clients. It’s what ensures their goals are met by the solutions we provide, time and time again.
When he’s not busy with a Futuretheory project, you might find him working on our sister company Offshoot Studio, playing with tech or hanging out with his family.
