Hi, I’m Germaine. I’m the Founder and Managing Director of Futuretheory. I’m responsible for:
- The day-to-day running of the business
- Onboarding new clients
- Project management
- The overall direction of Futuretheory
I love having a job with so much variety and the privilege of seeing our positive impact first-hand.
I started Futuretheory while at school, growing it from a side hustle to the business it is today. Before going into Futuretheory full-time, I gained a lot of experience at a range of organisations, including a startup, a business advisory, and a school.
This experience gave me a deeper understanding of business, adding a layer of knowledge to my expertise in marketing, design and development. It also gave me insight into different organisational structures, goals, and motivations. Most importantly, I learnt about the pain points, pressures and issues different organisations face.
I’ve worked with almost 200 clients across a range of industries and have been featured in publications like the ABC, The Canberra Times, Canberra Daily, Region Canberra, and Entrepreneur.com.
When I’m not focusing on business, you can find me tending to tropical fish tanks (I have 8 of them!), playing football (aka soccer), or spending time with my family.
