SEO retainer

An SEO retainer is an arrangement where a business pays an agency or SEO professional a set fee for ongoing work, usually monthly or quarterly. It reflects the nature of SEO itself. Rankings aren’t won once and kept forever; they’re earned gradually and defended against competitors doing the same work. A retainer funds that continuous effort rather than a single burst of activity.
