OK RDY is an AI-powered platform that serves as a matchmaker for mentors, mentees, and skills-based volunteering opportunities. Its primary objective is to make mentorship better and more accessible, producing enhanced outcomes for the workplace and graduates.

The platform was established in Canberra in 2016, initially focusing on women in leadership, STEM education, indigenous career support, cultural outreach, and accessibility pathways.

Organisations can use the software to setup, measure and scale mentoring programs, while students and recent graduates can use it to help find a mentorship program that fits their values and goals. We designed and developed a website for OK RDY to showcase their up-and-coming platform.
