Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) is a metric that tracks how much it costs to get one person to convert or take a desired action. The conversion could be anything from buying a product to submitting a contact form.
To calculate CPA, you divide the amount spent on a marketing effort by the number of conversions it produced. For example, if you spend $1,000 on a campaign and it brings in 20 enquiries, your CPA is $50 per enquiry.
